Wanna give big hugs 2 Danielle, Trevor, Tricia, The Teresa 1 & 2, Gail, Tiffany, Cali girl Alina, Leaders Chris & Katie, Eric,

Chapter #3 - Ancient.

The adventure continues on as we set
off 2 church for some worship & H.S
(that's holy spirit for short...he, he, he.)
Witnessing prayer on a level such as this allows me
2 re-evaluate my personal position.
Oh yes it does!

While there, myself along with John
& Danielle was finally baptized in a lake.
Yes a lake. (lol)
(No way possible I could make this up.)

Now that was surely something of the totally unexpected
but then again, I'll take it.

The team was supportive & made me feel so much more at ease during this life changing process.
God is a great God that's for sure;)
Hmm...I wonder what else is in store on this amazing journey.....

Guess we shall see....

Chapter #2 - Call.

The adventure continues on....
 finally settled in
Ometepe, Nicaragua.
100 degree temps, high spirits &
the people were absolutely phenomenal.
The innocence of the children as they
showed faces of joy
while sharing a greater appreciation
put everything in proper perspective
...(oh yes!)

Being a part of such an experience
brought about smiles
2 the team & made
the long journey here much
worth the while.
That what it's all about....Yep!

Chapter #1 - Valley.

This marks the beginning of a newfound adventure...
( know how much I love those.)
Ometepe, Nicaragua is the destination along with a wonderful group of spiritual soldiers by way of the Rock Church in Scarborough, Me.

....on to Boston then over 2 Miami....a 3 hour plane ride 2 Nicaragua & finally a ferry 2 Ometepe.

The trip itself was such an experience, we could hardly imagine what an entire week would bring!

As we embark on this spiritual journey, we're sure 2 be filled with God's love & the gift 2 serve with beautiful purpose.
Living this life, eyes have opened a bit more than before where true joy comes
with nothing attached.

Now that's one wide open lens with true perspective.

Looking forward 2 experiencing the ultimate dream of mine.

It was nearly 3 months ago that the idea came about
2 do a mission trip & serve.

The idea of traveling abroad 2 far away places brings fire 2 the belly.

Yep..I'm sent on this great journey 2 serve as God's vessel cause that's what I'm suppose 2 do...

So let's get this show on the road & start with a FUNDRAISER...
(cause a little money never hurts anyone;)

 That's right!!..

Oh by the way,
here's an extra thanks 2 those who made a heartfelt contribution toward the cause.

Much appreciated;)

 Peace!...with 2 fingers;)

A Photographer's Rant.

Out & about in Portland with Lady Tammy for some random eats.
Here's another chance 2 pull out the trusty Canon for some P-Town love.

One of the cool things I admire about Portland is it's old school vibe.

"Why rebuild anything if it isn't broken" is definitely the motto here.
Strange as it may seem, I've often made a personal reminder 2 at some point revisit this one particular corner
(the tech port building) with the 2 street split. we are

Oh yeah, I'm always looking' 2 capture things most folk would hardly ever notice. That's the greatest attribute of an amazing photographer.
(in case you're wondering , it's a residential

Ok, ok. It's about time 2 turn in for the day & get back to my NBA Tv but one more shot for the road.

Hmmm...this looks interesting.

An outdated ventilation system...
or maybe a heater?
(Whatever the case, I dig it.)

This is how my photography escapades usually go...Grab the camera, shoot something, shoot anything, shoot everything.
(that has a sweet ring 2 it...hmmmm).
Something special always have the tendency 2 rise from the ashes...

Who is this all for you may ask?
That's right!

There's nothing ever wrong with needing a hand
from time 2 time.
That's when the power of the human condition
comes into play.
So stay humble, don't PUSH away
& condemn that thing known as pride..

We all could use a little help
from time 2 time...

We're far from perfect & not worth standing in your own way...

that's right!

Peace!...with 2 fingers;)
